The Auburn Public School District's Technology Department understands that our current health crisis is putting extreme pressure on teachers, parents and students to modify traditional learning systems to function online, and at home. As a department we are committed to supporting our families and staff in this endeavor to the best of our abilities. We are happy to work with our entire learning community to help get our students connected to the necessary learning applications required to complete their assigned activities. Please note we are able to help troubleshoot district assigned applications, accounts and devices but we are unable to provide extensive support for personal devices and home networks. We will do our best to help if we can but we are limited in our ability to support family owned technology. We have created this support web page to provide as much information as possible to help you learn how to use these new applications and solve some common problems. Please know that the Technology Department is available to provide support if necessary, they can be reached by emailing email@example.com.
Listed below you will find information regarding core tools that all students may be using to access their online classrooms, online meetings, or important applications.
Due to distancing guidelines in an abundance of safety we are not offering in person technical support at this time. In the event that a specific piece of equipment needs to be addressed we will make arrangements for drop off and pickup of the device.
