Student Council

Student Council is a student led group, elected by their peers, which speaks for the student body. The council organizes and implements events, activities, and/or community events in the school and/or town.

Student Council has been busy this year! They have planned assemblies, blood drives, fundraisers, and much more for Auburn High. After attending a student council conference, members brought creative ideas to the council and implemented those ideas for new activities here at Auburn High, such as, “Birthday Grams,” “Let’s Talk Turkey,” and “5 Days of Christmas” for the faculty. Other than events, the Student Council has focused on bringing AHS closer together as a community through school spirit days and various posters around the school saying “Go Rockets!” Student Council is given the duty to improve the culture of our school, and they have done an amazing job doing so!
