Dear AMS Families:
I hope this message finds you doing well. Attached to this message are two important documents that I respectfully encourage you to review very thoroughly:
1. The Auburn Middle School Remote Learning Plan
2. The Weekly Learning Schedule we will be strongly recommending for our students
I have be reached out to our students to share this plan with them and to encourage them to do their best to remain engaged in their education during the time we are out of school.
All of us at AMS recognize that just as there's no "instruction manual" for educating kids during a health crisis, there is no manual for being their parent or guardian at a time like this either. We are very much in this together, and if we can stay positive and communicate effectively, we will be able to guide our kids through it.
From one middle school parent to another, please know that you are in my thoughts as you try to do the right things for your kids during a time that has no precedent. I sincerely wish good health and well-being for you and your loved ones.
